05 - 3 cups sparkling water, well chilled

# Steps:

01 - Peel and slice the cucumber and measure the mint leaves; juice the lemon and set aside approximately 3 tablespoons of juice.

04 - Add the chilled sparkling water to the strained liquid and stir gently to integrate without flattening the bubbles.
05 - Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity with additional agave or lemon juice to achieve the desired balance.
06 - Fill glasses with ice, pour the beverage over ice, and garnish with lemon slices, cucumber rounds and mint sprigs; serve immediately.
